The Darlene H. Young Leadership Academy is an extension of the YLA Program, formed to support the mission of YLA and the National Organization of Blacks in Government.

 

DYLA Group PhilosophyLeaders empower others to lead. Through coaching and training, leaders can help others emerge as leaders, too. Leadership Development has become a thriving sector in the professional world. Consulting firms and human resources departments in large organizations help individuals realize their leadership potential.
