The location for the RMC Chapter meetings is in the Oxon Hill community of prestigious Prince George’s County.  Home of the magnificent National Harbor.  The first phase of the  National Harbor opened April 25, 2008.  There are more than 1,000,000 bookings for the first phase of the construction, up to year 2020.  The second phase is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2009.  Visit the website at www.nationalharbor.com.
