(IBAC) has been encouraging cultural development of African-American and other talent since 1989. The IBAC hosts visual art exhibits, theatrical performances, Festivals and workshops. In the spring, the IBAC will award scholarships to irving students participating in their annual oratory contest.

National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees Aeronautical Center/Southwest Region

The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees is an employee association that has been established to assist the Federal Aviation Administration in achieving it's Equal Employment Opportunity Goals. The Aeronautical Center/Southwest Region is specifically established to provide assistance to the FAA's Southwest Region and the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The Region and Center incorporates states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. |
