The Lake Erie Chapter's mission is to provide a platform for the advocacy of equal employment opportunity for blacks and minorities in all aspects of government. Our strategy for pursuing our mission is by encouraging pride and motivation, promoting professional development, collaborating with other minorities and organizations to further unite a coalition to improve employee relations for the benefit of all public servants. It is our purpose to ensure civil servants achieve excellence and greater opportunities within the workplace and communities.
