Our Vision

Blacks In Government is committed to providing programs and activities that enhance the professional, personal, cultural, educational, and socioeconomic well being and advancement of Black Americans.

The Greater Marietta Chapter of Blacks In Government is a full service advocacy entity. We offer Workshops, Speakers that address major issues of diversity in our workplace, EEO education, Training in conflict resolution, Personal Management, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills and effective Communications, and Benefit briefings.
Our chapter is open to all Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies within the Cobb, Paulding, Gwinnett, Cherokee and Douglas Counties regardless of Race, Creed, Color, National Origin, or disabilities. We also accept community minded individuals striving to improve where we work and live as Associate Members.
