Develops service proposals for regular/special bus services for new/existing routes, develops projections of miles/hours/costs/ridership for proposals, assists in development of service related data in computer systems, develops destination sign/call point data, conducts public hearings/meetings, etc. BA/BS in transportation or urban planning. w/ 2 yrs. experience, strong analytical and computer skills, able to work w/ geographic/demographic information.
