As a standard rule, BBC's General Membership Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, or the week immediately following the Monthly Region XI Council Meeting.
The location of the chapter's Monthly General Membership Meetings are rotated each month to ensure maximum membership participation in chapter business, programs and decisions effecting the chapter. BBC General Meetings are conducted in three principal GSA locations in the Washington, DC Metro. Area:

- Crystal Mall Building #4 (CM4) - 1941 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA
