At the April 20, 2005 Monthly Chapter Meeting,
elections were held for BBC's Primary Delegates to the 2005 BIG NTC -
Delegates Assembly. The following are the official results of this

INFORMATION FOR NEW MEMBERS
(and any member who needs to be reminded)
Delegates (Primary and Alternate) are required
to attend the RXI Delegates training , scheduled for Saturday, July 16, 2005).
You will receive instructions and information relating to the BIG Organization
and National Delegates Assembly (NDA) business, issues, policies and procedures.
The National Delegates Assembly is a closed session to approximately 400-600 delegates (maybe more). All Elected Delegates (Primary and Alternate) must be credential zed (registered and issued NDA ID Badge) before they can participate in National Delegates Assembly activities.
NOTE: Credentialing for the NDA is separate
from the BIG National Training Conference registration. You can only be credential
only if your name appears on the chapter's submitted list (as above)/
All Delegates should plan to be in Orlando,
Florida on Saturday, July 30, 2005, in time to attend the RXI Caucusing Section,
scheduled for that evening. It is at this very important meeting where RXI
Delegate Officers are selected, information exchanged and RXI Delegates discuss
and plan common positions on business and issues before the BIG National
Organization.
