Ujima Chapter Accomplishments

• Seven(7) members attended BIGs 31st Annual NTC in August 2009 at Baltimore, MD
• Participated in the 2009 MOJA Arts Festival Finale on Sunday, October 4, 2009
• Provided healthy snacks for students at Chicora Elementary in October 2009
• President Darlene Green represented Ujima at Regional Council IV Fall 2009 Training Conference at Atlanta, GA (she was also elected to serve as Regional Council IV Treasurer for the 2010/2011 term)
• Held a Coat and Shoe Drive for school age children in October/November 2009
• Organized the 2010 Black History Heritage Month Program at GFSC
