Ms. Joyce A. Riddick was employed by the U.S. Treasury
Department for over 32 years. Her career began with the Bureau of Public Debt.
At the time of her death, she was employed with the Financial Management
Services, Debt Management Division.
Joyce attended Dunbar Senior High
School and graduated in 1967. She continued her education at Cortez Business
College, Washington Technical Institute and LaSalle Extension University of
Chicago, Illinois as she studied for a career in Accounting.
Joyce
joined the Financial Management Services Blacks In Government (FMS-BIG) Chapter
in September 2005, and became a Life Member in 2006. She believed in the
mission and goals of the Chapter.
She assisted whenever asked or needed
within the Chapter. She was warm-spirited, outward and a selfless person.
Joyce was a member of the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church where she
faithfully served as President of the Usher's Ministry and a member of the
Finance Ministry
She will be truly missed.
