Ann began her employment with the U.S. Coast Guard in 1981. She joined the Coast Guard Chapter of BIG in Septem-ber 2004. Her love of computers led her to several positions in computer technology.

In 2002, she completed her lifelong educational goal of obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology.

Her standard of excellence and high achievement earned her a placed on the Dean's List and the recipient of many awards and special recognition citations throughout her career.
