National Communication and Public Relations

As National Communication and Public Relations Chair I am very excited because “BIG is On the Move" -- so get on board!
Of high importance is kicking off a Public Relations and Marketing campaign with the goal of increasing BIG’s visibility and national footprint while expanding membership
I plan to take on the challenge of re-branding and changing the face of BIG to achieve its goal of becoming a leading voice for African American federal, state and local government employees. As a member, I have both been in touch with and share many of the needs and issues of our members. Those concerns will be reflected in our Marketing Campaign. The first step in revitalizing our image will be to enhance the visual appearance of communications material, electronic media and social net working tools as I work with the leadership team to implement a BIG investment in our future.
